Hippocampus resort is located on the main beach, only five minute walk along the beach from the dive shop.
They have 3 different room types available:
Standard AC rooms
Basic Accommodation with private bathroom, AC unit, terrace, hot shower, room safe, situated at the back, facing the garden.
We have 4 standard rooms on the bottom floor (2 with one big bed and 2 with twin beds) and 4 rooms on the top floor (2 with one big bed and 2 with twin beds).
Superior AC rooms
Larger size room than the Standard room, silent (split-type) air conditioning, hot water shower, room safe, mini bar, electric kettle with coffee basket, terrace. Situated centrally in the resort, garden facing. We have 3 Superior rooms on the bottom floor (2 with twin beds and one with one big bed) and 3 rooms upstairs (2 with twin beds and one with one big bed)
Deluxe Beachfront rooms
Larger size room than the Superior room, silent (split-type) air conditioning, hot water shower, room safe, ceiling fan, mini bar, electric kettle with coffee basket, terrace, situated DIRECTLY at the beach! We have 2 rooms on the bottom floor (both with twin beds) and two rooms upstairs (both with one big bed)

Because we do not own a resort, we will not bind you into a room that might not suit you. Tell us your needs and we will suggest the perfect resort from the wide range of room types we offer to suit every need and budget.
We have several resorts we use regularly because of their high quality and service standards. But if you prefer something different, we are more than happy to help you find your perfect accommodation for your perfect vacation.
There are some great restaurants on Malapascua and we will show you the best the island has to offer in terms of food, one of the best of which is Oscar’s, the rooftop pub and restaurant located above Thresher Shark Divers, and its baby brother on the beach, The Wilde Bar.
