Cocobana Resort Malapascua was the first resort on the island, established in 1992, and sits right in the middle of Bounty Beach. It is about 30 metres from Thresher Shark Divers, making it one of the most convenient places to stay if you are diving with us.

Cocobana has around 30 rooms across several categories. The newly built Super Deluxe AC rooms are the best option: spacious, modern, and equipped with TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and hot water. Standard AC rooms are a step down but still comfortable, and fan rooms are available for those on a tighter budget. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. Some have balconies or terraces with views of the beach or garden.
Facilities
Cocobana has a pool, a rarity on Malapascua. It is also directly on a beautiful beach area, with calm, clear waters for safe swimming and snorkelling. Wi-Fi is available in public areas, and the resort offers room service, daily housekeeping, massage, and airport transfers. The central Bounty Beach location means restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all within a minute or two on foot.

Super Deluxe AC Rooms
Spacious with two double beds with en suite bathroom, hot water shower, satellite TV and refrigerator. There are two styles of Super Deluxe — larger rooms are sunset facing, smaller rooms are beachfront.
Superior AC Rooms
With en suite bathroom, hot water shower and balcony with seaview.
Deluxe AC Rooms and Cottages
With ensuite bathroom and hot water shower, with seaview.
Fan Rooms
Budget bungalows with en suite bathroom. The garden cottages are just behind the first two rows of bungalows.
